Weekly meditation classes taught in English
If you are already familiar with the basic techniques of meditation and are looking to go further, this is the course for you.
This course is also suitable for beginners – we’ll include a brief introduction to the basics if you need it.
Solving our daily problems with compassion and wisdom
This course in practical meditation is based on the book “How to Solve Our Human Problems” by the renowned Buddhist scholar and meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Geshe Kelsang says: “The instructions given in this book are scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities by developing the capacity of our mind.”
The methods Geshe Kelsang presents have been in use since ancient times. The experience of countless practitioners testifies to their effectiveness and they are as relevant to our modern world as they were when they were first taught by Buddha over 2500 years ago.
By practising these methods both in meditation and in your daily activities, you will increase the capacity of your mind to create happiness and avoid suffering.
As a direct result, you will gradually come to experience a deep sense of contentment and inner peace and freedom from problems, that will fundamentally transform your life.
This course requires no previous experience in meditation and is suitable for beginners and advanced meditators alike. You can sign up for the whole course (March – April) or for a month, or you can just pay week by week.
You will learn these meditations in a practical way from our experienced meditation teachers, Kadam Andrew and Kadam Božena.
